Add new users to Windows 2003 Server:

Add Remote Desktop Users to Windows 2003 Server:

1. Start ---> Run --> lusrmgr.msc
2. Then Press OK
3. Then Go to User Tab
4. Right Click on User ---> Properties
5. Click on Members Of Tab
6. Then Click on ADD Button
7. Then in the blank space type "Remote Desktop Users"
8. Then Press Check Names Button
9. After "Remote Desktop Users" is underlined, press the OK button
10. Then press on Apply to apply the changes

AgentOffice v8.0 INI Fix

The following must be done per user account Server:

1. Start ---> Search ---> For Files and Folders
2. Search for OLAGNT32.INI
3. Copy OLAGNT32.INI from C:\Windows to C:\Documents and Settings\[Username]\WINDOWS
4. Press the Apply Button and then OK
